Ok, looks like Jeph hasn't had a chance to post today. The site is back online (obviously), though under the new domain of nutny.org. For a full explaination of what happened, please see this post on the forums:
Spread the word, and get everyone back around. See ya on the forums.
P.S. New site design is in the works. Keep and eye out for it soon.

A huge thanks to everyone who attended this past Nerding Up the New Year with us all at the Milwaukie Grange, we had a blast and hope you all did too! An additional thanks to everyone who helped to set up, tear down, contributed games, and everything in between, we couldn't have held the party without you all.
We'd also like to thank everyone who filled out a suggestion card at the end of, or during Nerding, they are invaluable to future events. If you weren't able to attend or didn't fill out a card, we always welcome your suggestions on our forums.
In addition, we have a forum post of our tournament winners here, a big congratulations to them and thanks to everyone who participated! We are also in the process of naming the mascot for next year's Nerding in the forum thread here, please head over if you'd like to contribute a name!
We look forward to making a bigger and better Nerding for next New Years eve, and thank you all again for coming this year. Keep an eye out on the website for updates and events, and we wish you all a great 2009!

I just went for a stroll through our local winter wonder land, and it's looking pretty beastly outside. So, I shall make the official call.
TODAY'S MEETING: CANCELED!!
It shall be rescheduled to this Saturday, the 27th. Same time, same place.

Photo's from the 2007 Nerding event are now available on the website. Please see the Past Events section of the website.
Also, I've fixed the footer bug in the site for people using Chrome. This problem (where the footer was sticking to the right) should also be resolved for Gecko browsers. If someone could verify this for me, that'd be great. Leaving a comment will do.
Not much else to report right now, but I did find this 8-bit version of Chocolate Rain, and it's so awesome I had to post it.

Nerding is just around the corner!
Have you signed up to be in either one of our gaming tournaments or for a game of Dungeons and Dragons yet? This year we will be hosting tournaments for Guitar Hero World Tour, Rock Band 2 and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. In addition, we will be having an always epic session of Dungeons and Dragons using the 4.0 rule-set, which is sure to be fun for veterans and new-comers alike!
If you are interested in signing up for any of the events below, feel free to head on over to their corresponding forum threads:
You'll find gaming tournaments here,
And Dungeons and Dragons 4.0 can be found here.
Hope to see you all there!

Hey everyone, hope you're all checking this site for news updates.
To anyone who tried to access the site or forums within the last couple hours and recieved a 500 Internal Server Error, sorry about that. My webhost and I were upgrading some server software today, and ran into some problems, partially due to our server provider making some recent changes.
Anyway, everything's updated and running now, so keep checking back here for more updates.

Hey everyone, welcome to the new Nerding.org site. Some things are still being worked on, but important news posts will be seen here.
Since I threw this together in all of a week, a few features are still in progress. I'd apprciate any comments or suggestions. Feel free to post them in my board on the forums, or use the Contact Us form, and select Website/Techical Problems.
Also, if you notice any browser issues, please let me know. There's at least one major issue in non-IE browsers. I should have it fixed next week.
Enjoy, and let me know what you think. Feel free to post comments to this post.
